2. How does verification work?

All members complete identity verification before introductions begin.

Our preferred method is automated identity verification via Stripe.

A one-time fee of AUD $5 applies.

If Stripe is not available in your country, you may upload a government ID for manual review at no cost.

Identity documents are reviewed securely and are never shown publicly.

3. What if I work in a licensed profession?

If you claim a licensed profession, registration verification is optional.

Examples include doctors, lawyers, and accountants.

Complete it to receive a Licence Verified badge and higher priority in matching.

If your profession does not require licensing, only identity verification is required.

4. How are uploaded identity documents protected?

EUCA Love is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure (AWS-based), which is widely used in healthcare and financial systems.

These environments have strict physical and network security controls, including monitored data centres, intrusion detection systems, and internationally recognised certifications such as ISO 27001 and PCI DSS.

In addition:

  • All sensitive data is encrypted during transmission and at rest.
  • Access is tightly restricted and controlled.
  • Identity documents are used solely for verification and are never visible to other users.
  • Internal access controls are designed to minimise any exposure.
  • The platform is designed to reduce fake profiles and scams while protecting personal information.

5. How many introductions will I receive?

You receive two curated introductions each week.

Selection considers lifestyle snapshot, partner preferences, faith (if shared), location flexibility, and work rhythm.

Introductions are sent Wednesday and Sunday at 8:00 PM (Sydney time).

6. How does acceptance work?

Respond within 48 hours: Pass or Accept.

A conversation starts only if both members accept.

No response is treated as pass.

7. If I accept someone, will I still receive new introductions?

Yes. Accepting one introduction does not limit future introductions.

You continue receiving introductions unless you pause your profile.

8. When do introductions begin?

EUCA Love is currently onboarding founding members. Introductions will begin once the initial cohort is verified to ensure a balanced and meaningful experience.
